Account Manager- Acquisition, 2 - 7 years exp, Ahmedabad

Acquire new customer for INTERNATIONAL business

Follow revenue quality initiatives in order to maintain the revenue quality


Plan and sell products in order to implement the sales plan


Identification of Market


To assist with the identification of all accounts to be focused on within specified area that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget


Sales Planning and Development


To ensure implementation of all sales elements of the country sales channel strategic objectives thereby effectively contributing to the achievement of Regions budget and revenues


Communicates and gains support from Country and Local management for the achievement of regional sales objectives


Relationship Management


To ensure we win, keep and develop customers through building lasting relationships both internal and external


Forms professional and appropriate relationships, where applicable, with customers.


Assists Sales with hand-over of signed customer at the end of Quarter. Ensure all customers are kept up to date with relevant TNT information and, where applicable, reports.


Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas


Marketing / Product support


To support product development to ensure TNTs value proposition is meeting the requirements.


Assists the Sales with providing input on potential product opportunities through identifying new developments in market or competitors


Process Management & Implementation


To deploy and monitor sales channel processes, policies and procedures, in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations


Supports correct implementation of new and existing divisional policies and processes


Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences through supporting the deployment of best practice processes


Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all customers and related functional processes are consistently applied to improve the customer experience


Actively manages the performance of customers through the effective deployment of divisional sales channel policies


Supports or carries out local corrective action planning determined by the RSM


Sales Administration


To ensure all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service are carried out effectively efficiently


Acts upon information provided by the Sales/ ops or customer


Ensures that the rates offered are based on potential of the customer.


Ensures timely distribution of relevant information throughout the internal & external customer


Accurately completes sales reports within agreed time frames


Completes and updates customer information and documentation as required by the business


Accurately updates the Sales systems on a timely basis in order to ensure complete and current client information is held


Reviews sales performance and prepares presentations as necessary for sales meetings and reviews
