Working experience of interacting various teams including IT, OSS to drive agreed changes or implementing new products.
Worked in highly process oriented environment for change and incident management
Desired
Certified in ITIL Foundation, preferably ITIL Practitioners in at least one module(Desirable)
Certified in Prince2 Foundation and Practitioners or equivalent (Desirable)
Good understanding on IT systems
Working explore with European telecom clients
Good understanding on Telecom OSS systems including but not limited to HPOV, Netcool, Infovista, Experience on Cramer or similar inventory systems
Understanding on work flow management tools preferably Remedy
