  • To Manage and Lead the customer servicing unit primarily registering claims

  • Manage service levels on all inbound calls & touch points (Claim servicing, Inbound service calls, extended Warranty, Emails support and Request Management)

  • Reduce and manage attrition amongst inbound telecalling team

  • Performance Management for Direct reportees and the one down by review and feedback mechanism

  • Key performance metrices and efficiency metrics to be tracked and delivered

  • Work Force Management and Rostering
