To Manage and Lead the customer servicing unit primarily registering claims
Manage service levels on all inbound calls & touch points (Claim servicing, Inbound service calls, extended Warranty, Emails support and Request Management)
Reduce and manage attrition amongst inbound telecalling team
Performance Management for Direct reportees and the one down by review and feedback mechanism
Key performance metrices and efficiency metrics to be tracked and delivered
Work Force Management and Rostering
