Responsibilities:
Should have led an account team of 100 - 200 team members with Managers, AMs, Supervisors etc.
Responsible for Transitions, Operations, Client Management (Multiple Accounts) and People Management.
Strong knowledge of US Revenue Cycle Management processes for Physician Practices and Hospitals.
Proactively analyzing the clients financial health on a monthly basis to identify reimbursement trends, patterns of denials and to develop an intimate understanding of the factors that are contributing to the clients financial performance. Generates and analyzes reports to identify issues, concerns and/or trends.
Conduct regular conference calls with Clients and identify way & means to improve client satisfaction.
Provides daily, weekly, monthly metrics and creation of Month End Reporting and submission to the clients and the team.

Eligibility:
Graduate / Post graduate in any stream.
Experience in RCM US Healthcare with minimum of 7-10 years of experience.
