Digital CRM Manager, 8 - 13 years exp, Gurgaon


The Manager will lead all digital and CRM work for Ford India. This will include developing the strategy, working with internal brand managers and regional (asia pacific) / global (detroit) Digital / CRM managers in crafting individual and cross-carline digital brand campaigns and drive the team to work with the agency to deliver on objectives.


Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position :


Core


1 Develop a Digital and CRM strategy for Ford India in conjunction with brand teams


2 Seamlessly deliver on the strategy through the direct team, agency partners, regional / global leads


3 Comply with Policies and Procedures and reporting requirements for marketing function.


4 Conduct activities always within the Company's Policies, Procedures and Standards of Corporate Conduct.


Specific


1 Work with brand teams, direct team, agency and regional / global leads to develop a comprehensive digital and CRM strategy


2 Develop strong execution capabilities within Ford and agency


3 Provide feedback on competitive digital and CRM programs


4 Engage with the Ford APA team to align them on our plans and bring best practices from around the globe


5 Support to deliver brand (BEAT), sales (enquiry), loyalty (retention) objectives for individual brands


6 Support the development of the team
