Job Descriptiono Idea, develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans, for the brand and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.

o Planning & implementing brand promotion budget, media planning handling all media activities - print, TV , radio ,outdoor & other PR activities and events

o To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term

o Develop ATL / BTL concepts and convert them into large properties for enhancing image & increasing saliency and developing new revenue stream for the brand

o Providing conceptual inputs for planning and execution of various consumer promotions. o Handle & give creative / media briefs to agencies

o Manage ATL / BTL agencies

o Coordination with printing & other vendors

o Develop a wide vendor base for smooth and cost effective execution of campaign collateral. o Build & implement the PR strategy for the company

o Work closely with the regional team

o Manage one-to-one relations with the media

o Manage the PR agency

o Track competition and share the report with the management

Qualification :

o PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute

o IT Knowledge : MS Office Knowledge.

o Overall Experience: 8 yrs+

Critical Experience Required :

o Should have handled a key brand successfully

o Should be handling vendors briefing, project management, etc

o Should be aged between 25 to 30 years
