Job Description


You will be a part of the MCOS team and will be responsible for developing and driving marketing strategy of specific Topline initiatives of Capgemini in Netherlands market.

MCOS (Marketing & Communications Offshore Services) is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from design and web to marketing program management and campaign support.Already a 100 people organization, the team has strong growth plans, with a vision to emerge as the worlds leading integrated marketing services organization.


Specification / Skills / Experience


- Work with key TLI leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans


- Design and deliver on marketing services portfolio for key segments and initiatives in partnership with onshore peers


- To work with the marketing production team in India to deliver on TLI marketing requirements.


- Coordinate activities leading to visual identity creation.


- Own and execute segment marketing and branding programs


- Manage campaigns end to end (strategy, research, web services, event support, but not limited to these)


- Establish an efficient offshore-onshore peer model for Top Line Initiative Marketing


- Liaise with PR, analysts, executives and consultants for influencer programs.


- To provide day to day delivery support to Business leaders on execution of assignments and tasks.


- To provide competitive intelligence and should be capable of analyzing data in order to validate content


Role & Responsibilities:


At least 7-9 years of experience in marketing & communications, with 3 years in Sector/vertical/Segment marketing in a large IT MNC/India service pure players.


Should have supported large, key accounts in the past with penetration-focused branding


Exposure to CRM marketing module desirable.


Demonstrated track record in managing marketing through an offshore-onshore model


Ability to work with high performing team.


Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media.


Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects


Structured and process oriented.


Creative, innovative, and quality excellence.


Excellent presentation skills and willing to travel.


Aptitude for quick learning

Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred. Not compulsory) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization
