Technical Trainer Job Duties:
Conducts training to the campus recruits in the client locations based on the clients training modules
Conducts training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and generic software applications and personal computer classes.
Should maintain the feedback benchmarks specified by the client
Should have three plus years of experience in relevant domain
Skills Needed:
Database Management System, Modeling, Unix & Shell Scripting, Oracle 10g Architecture, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Rounds of Evaluation:
Online Test
Presentations or case study test or telephonic
Enablement Test
Skills / Qualifications:
Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training , Training Management, Technical Zeal, Self-Development, Technical Leadership, Presenting Technical Information, Self-Confidence, Dealing with Complexity, Microsoft Office Skills
Certified instructors on the desired technology tracks preferable. Good communication & facilitation skills. Should be able to handle sessions through class-room mode.
Qualification: Graduate from any stream
