Urgent opening for PA/EA/Secretary to Directors and MD for Leading Mining Industry Walk - In on Monday i.e 29th September 2014 (Updated resume and Photograph) Timings : 10am to 5pm Location: Bandra - E, Mumbai Job Description: Scheduling travel arrangements (domestic and international) including Visa, ticketing, local transport and accommodation, expenses and any special requirement for the MD and directors. Handling credit card payments, insurance, car servicing etc for MD and directors. Coordinating and handling bookings for international conferences, meetings Purchase of Foreign Exchange for management and MD. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Ensuring proper packing and timely disbursement of goods/electronic items as and when required to different offices. Skills/Experience required Good academics 3+ years' experience supporting a senior post-holder Excellent command on English Persistence, attention to detail Multi-tasking Summary The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of Administrative and executive support related tasks for a senior post-holder, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
