Responsibilities:
Training
Monitor calls on Communication, Grammar and Soft Skills of the recruiters
Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance recruiters performance.
Imparting effective grammatical skills
Preparing Training manuals
Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Communication/Voice & Accent/Soft Skills Trainer
Good experience with both written and spoken communication skills training
Excellent communication skills
Strong Knowledge in English Written and Verbal
Knowledge of US Accent and Culture
Education: BA and/or MA English/Literature is preferred
Work Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 PM IST (US Shift)
