2. To act as 1st level/2nd level helpdesk for customers IT engineer and operation management.
3. To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
4. To describe monthly and quarterly reports about our Operation activities.
5. To assist Sales and Project Management Division with technical specifications and proposals.
6. To develop and enhance current policies, procedures, documentation for operation workflow and other related areas.
7. To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skill:
1. Network / Server Support (Japanese + English).
2. Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline
3. Able to work on 24X7 shift
4. Possess a degree in a related discipline with at least 1 year experience.
5. Previous experience and knowledge in managing system and network infrastructure and possesses CCNA and Windows certificates.
6. Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of various operating systems and applications; Microsoft Windows; Network and Server Monitoring, Backup, IP-Telephony and etc.
7. Experience in networking protocols and equipment / appliance - TCP / IP, Ethernet, layer-2, switching and layer-3 routing; Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, IDS / IPS etc.
8. Good understanding of Internet architectures and technology.
9. Willing to work on stand-by basis and after office hours if needed.
10. Good communication skills, motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively both ently or in a team.
