NIIT Chennai is looking for Fresher candidates for Mentor profile.
1 Implement the Academic / Technical solution as per NIIT Product Implementation guidelines
2 Train the end users (subject teachers) on the solution, ensuring change management in the pedagogy/methodology of the solution, driving usage of solution
3 Tracking and monitoring Session Plan Adhereance, the usage, identifying the gaps in implementations/acceptance/usage and providing the solution
4 Connecting with the School Management (Principal/Mgt) on a regular basis to update on the program's progress supported by usage data and recommendations
5 Timely Implementation of customer engagement events as defined for the program to showcase NIIT value
6 Wherever required, ensure timely recruitment of the manpower to be deployed at the school, ensuring adequate Induction & training provided so as to deliver the support
7 Submission of plans and their subsequent actuals for each customer service activity to the Supervisor
8 Be a self learner to advance own knowledge on the products/technologies to service the customer better
9 Create a positive customer experience ensuring timely collection for the business
