Manager-training, 6 - 10 years exp, Mohali

The Manager Training is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management of the Training and Quality functions, Quality Assurance performance metrics, and process improvement projects within their process guidelines.

Responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of client specific training to meet project goals. This includes all systems, products, and industry specific training, up (refresher) training, and coaching skills for the new recruits. H/She is continually assessing, evaluating and maintaining a high standard of effectiveness and quality in line with clients goals and objectives.


Comprehensive knowledge of Training Tools and Processes.

Training background in a Telecom set up is must. Diploma from Institutes like Indian Society for Training and Development is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment or related position must be from the BPO background.

Management experience required.

Comprehensive experience with all aspects of training (assessment, development, facilitation, analysis, etc.)

Must have had good exposure in Soft Skills and Client Specific Training.
