Will be primarily responsible for : -

Managing all kind of Promotional Activities

Co-ordination with various Media Houses / Agencies, Creative Agencies and various Vendors on regular basis

Executing Media Operation ( Scheduling / Operation / Planning / Buying )

Brand management - focus on Brand Positioning

Executing & Managing BTL activities ( Human Banner / Auto Branding / News Paper Insert / Cross Promotion / Catchment Marketing / Road Show / Van Activation etc. )

Executing & Managing Mall Promotion Activities on Daily Basis

Managing Events

Managing Marketing Team on Daily Basis ( Field Marketing Team / Marketing Coordinators / CRM Executives )

Annual / Quarterly Budget Preparation

Periodical & Monthly Analysis of various Marketing Activities

Overseeing CRM Activities ( Loyalty Card / Inbound / Outbound Calling )

Corporate / Institutional Tie ups

Desired Candidate Profile

Having sound exposure towards entire gamut of Marketing activities. Should be having high Creative and Innovation Orientation with proven track record of managing Marketing tools and activites efficiently and effectively.

Incumbent must be having sound Leadership and Team management skills. Should be having excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Should be a good Planner, Organiser and a Strategic Thinker. Should be capable enough to evaluate the performance and can take corrective measures.

Candidate having experience from Retail Industry would be preferred.
