This position is responsible for leading and coordinating all BTL activation on London Dairy, the star brand in our portfolio
Envisaging and carrying out large scale product sampling initiatives on the key brands
Ensuring that we have the right POS material as required at point of buying (retail)
Ensuring the ASMs get the right and timely support for demand & visibility generation activities
Feeling the pulse of the market and suggesting key BTL activities that can enable the brands get to the next level of sales
Ensuring the budgetary controls are met while these activities are done smoothly
Identifying (and coordinating with) the right agencies for getting product ionising of POS/ other materials
Identifying (and coordinating with) the right agencies for smoothly carrying out on ground operations /BTL activities when needed
Candidate should be a Graduate + MBA
Good academic track record a plus.
Must be well versed with working on MS Office
Must have High proficiency in spoken & written English
Candidate should have good analytical skills and should be good with numbers.
Should be able to handle stress of Work / Unplanned / Unforeseen situations and be able to address the same with innovative/ practical solutions.
Should have good inter personal skills
Should place the interests of the organisation before self
Should be a good team player and respectful of his colleagues/ suppliers/ agencies.
