2. Plan, implement, and evaluate programs for the improvement of library and information services.
3. Installation, implementation and Training of Library Application TEEAL (The Essential Electronic Agricultural Library) at different Universities & government institutions in India, Bangladesh & Nepal.
4. Provide training to all the end users and appraise them about various advantages of using TEEAL, effective usage and retrieval of information, citations, plagiarism, etc.
5. Interacting with the stakeholders for various requirements during the implementation process.
6. Preparation of MIS and ensuring that the Universities & Institutions adhere to the MIS system.
7. To actively involve in identifying relevant publications, journals . to be part of TEEAL.
8. Should be willing to travel extensively Pan India, Bangladesh and Nepal as a part of role.
Desired Candidate Profile
2. Considerable knowledge of professional principles and practices of library science and current trends in library services.
3. Experience in digitalization of Libraries and setting up of e learning modules will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in Planning and evaluating projects, programs, etc., in a huge library set up.
