OBJECTIVES:-

2. Reduce Customer Complaint.
o Getting new customers / Dealers /Distributors.
o Generate New Enquiries.
o Achieving Target Based sales.
o Arrange for water samples from customer and get reports.
o Submission of offers in consultation with directors.
o Collection of data on direct customers/distributors/dealers.
o Obtaining report from sale team.
o Maintaining good relation with customer by regular visit.
o Attending to customer complaint.
o Projecting service personnel requirement.
o Reviewing performance of sales team.
o Coordination with senior sales manager/directors for order execution.
o Ensure customer feedback reports.
o Ensure payments with in credit period.
o Ensure not to offer more than 10% discount on MRP. If more than 10% discount has to be offered get permission from management committee through a board resolution must be obtained.
o Prepare your daily activities report and weekly report and submit to senior sales manager.
o Make yourself available for weekly review meetings.
o Preparation of offers for the corresponding enquires.
