Kitchen Management

Menu planning and creating new dishes

Inventory control and indent of needed supplies

Suggest improvements in the recipes

Ensure that all meals leaving the kitchen are consistent in presentation and quality

Ensure that the high standards of food safety and hygiene are followed

Supervise the activities of the staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.

Oversees food production for quality and cost standards

Interact with the guests and get their feedback, if any complaints need to communicate the same to subordinates.

Hiring kitchen staff as per requirements

Manage the kitchen staffs training

Demonstrates proper use of equipment and cooking techniques

Serving as a liaison between kitchen staff and customers

Helping expedite orders


Desired Candidate Profile


Should have good communication skills

Should have experience in Indian cuisines preferably Tandoor

Minimum 3 years experience in leading team of 15 to 20.

Qualification in kitchen production or Management and Basic knowledge in MS office
