Responsibilities
Assist in co-ordination and delivery of project related to Digital Platform (web sites, social media)
Track progress and review project tasks to ensure that deadlines are met appropriately
Proactively communicate project status, issues and risk to management
Coordinate and conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders
Support the PMO in maintaining implementation processes and managing implementation lifecycle
Coordinate and create documentation
Assist the PMO in project planning, daily standup meetings, reviews, release planning, etc.

Qualification
B. Tech. PMP Preferred. At least 3 years experience in Project Management
Skillset
Understanding of Digital Marketing preferred, Content Management Systems, Digital Platforms, Social Media Technologies, Multi-tasking, Analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability, web technology, website production management, strong relationship skills, client servicing experience preferred, negotiation skills, leadership skills, proficiency in Japanese language preferred (not mandatory)
