Position summary(Key objectives/Purpose of the job) : Incumbent should be responsible for Site Funneling, Deployment and managing the existing ATMs.
Major Responsibilities : ? Identifications, evaluation & selection of possible /feasible sites based on the indicative business generation capability of the location in coordination with Bank & Corporate Site Funneling team.
? Should meet the target & monitor the progress of new site deployment (customer live) in accordance with bank requirement.
? Conduct site audits from time to time & ensure compliance including site commercial terms with respective sites/parties.
? Should meet the target & monitor the progress of take over site.
? Ensuring Timely processing & payment of Vendor & contractors invoices along with maintaining of proper MIS.
? Validation of BOQ along with best rates prevailing in the market.
? Development of site contractors & broker' base.
? Relationship management between TCBIL/Bank/Vendors.
? Cross functional co ordinations & follow-up

Qualification-Necessary Requirement : BE/Post Graduate/Graduate.
Experience-Necessary Requirement : Should have minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience pertaining to similar position

Good knowledge of MS office tools.
Any other project management skills/knowledge would be preferred.
