Initial contract duration will be of 6 months

Job Location Gurgaon

Person should be open for 24*7 shifts.

Excellent understanding of Communication Skills along with English Grammar.

Excellent knowledge of Policies and Procedures required handling customer call.

Refresher communication trainings.

Trend analysis based on reviews.

Initiating action plan based on trend.

Provide guidance to CC & SCC in day to day activates.
