Knowledge of the events industry
Project planning with end to end coordination including the effective use of resources to deliver multiple events
Planning events and creating wow event experiences thru effective presentation skills
Experience
Significant experience of project management as a client servicing individual in the field of events with a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience.
Should have experience of executing various formats of events in terms of profile and scale.
Working within a team to organise a broad range of events from the simple to the more complex
Ability to execute large, complex, multi-day events with elements such as parallel conferences, breakout sessions, MICE events, associated social functions and large scale accommodation requirements.

Organised, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to keep calm and maintain high standards under pressure
Other
Willing to travel with frequent overnight stops away from home and some work outside normal office hours
