Job DescriptionJob Description Reporting to the Category Head, you will be responsible for: Developing and Implementing the annual brand plans Working closely with cross functional teams for the implementation of annual marketing plans Conducting and analyzing market research to ensure that the brand is up to date with consumer tastes and preferences Liaise with external agencies (media, creative, research etc) Monitoring and analyzing brand performance vis a vis business goals. Liaise extensively with global teams for matters pertaining to communications and innovations
Desired ProfileThe Successful Applicant You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 5 years of experience in the FMCG Industry, along with around 2.5 years of core marketing experience. Further, the client is looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to be hands on in his/her approach. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability of dealing with international stakeholders.
