* Product quality feedback through QIR to plant on the technical issues reported by dealers.


* Update dealer, distrubutor on the quality improvement status on timely basis once countermeasures is taken by plant.


* REsponsible for developement of child part, field fix & implimentation on field.


* conducting joint investigation as & when required together with vendor.


* conducting new vehical audit at port, dealers, distributors.


*conducting iscpection on failure parts.
