Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to potential donors and represent Save the Children as a child right organization thus ensuring successful donations
Fund raising through inbound and outbound calls to potential donors.
Explain how Save the Children supports children and answer questions from potential donors.
Capture all information according to the Standard operating procedure.
Deliver prepared donation scripts that describe our work and utilization of donations in order to persuade potential donors to donate.
To generate qualified leads and book appointments for donation pick up
Accurately capture responses of for all incoming calls.
Professional representation of Save the Children on all calls. Ensuring high level of integrity in application of telephone netiquettes.
Respond appropriately to information requested by potential donors
Effectively manage and resolve donor complaints.
Work with the team in achieving office targets
