Supervise day to day operations of the department and ensure implementation of Standard Operation Procedure
Maintain of guest information, guest history, occupancy statistics, usage of public information system, group bookings, handle guest complaints and feedbacks and aware of the local events.
Maintain the Department log register as per the procedure.
Pro-active in all the guest requirements and react to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain well knowledge of all different types of rooms, hotel facilities, hours of operations of all outlets and all informations of the hotel
Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over
Provide excellent support, guidance and mentorship to the GSAs
Assist the GSA team, overseeing them to ensure all processes run smoothly.
Ensure maintain inventory of front office equipments and collaterals
Conduct daily briefings and make sure that all the points discussed in the briefing are implemented and correctly followed
Be knowledgeable of the services, policies, processes and procedures at each of the residence front desks.
Prepare all daily, weekly and monthly reports
Blocking of guest rooms as per their requests
Performing both Micros and Opera Night Audit.
Co ordinate with all other departments to provide functional assistance's and guest feedbacks
Ensure to provide personalized services and prompt attention towards guest complaints.
Ensure provide necessary guidelines to reservations, reception , housekeeping, finance for any guest services
Ensure proper presentation of the department and monitor appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
Analysis rate variance , daily audit report and control discounts and rebates
Validate billing instructions and monitor guest credits
Assist in coordination of organization of key drawers, all pertinent Front Desk information and creation of necessary files and folders.
Supervise Front Desk staff, including Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors for a smooth check in and checkout operations.
Ensure all bookings made adhere to Central Reservations payment and cancellation policies.
Assist in making vehicle bookings and ensure all pertinent information is collected and vehicle schedules and policies are adhered to.
Assist Front Desk Agents with daily shift audit and ensure all audits are correct.
Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in a courteous and efficient fashion
Ensure implementation of Emergency Procedures
Achieve maximum efficiency from the team and all other available resources
Complete other special projects as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
