HDFC hiring for Sales Manager

Position              Credit Cards - Corporate Sales Manager
Work Location  Delhi


Responsibilities
Key deliverables of a Corporate Sales Manager (CSM):
★ Target Large Corporates of the Bank, including Wholesale, and CA/ CSA relationship.
★ Ensure Credit Limit set up at a Corp level, necessary documentation and corporate card sourcing thereafter, along with spend activation and maximum penetration.
★ Identify & propose other Commercial Cards like Purchase Cards*, Dealer Cards*, etc.
★ Overall, achieve the desired Card Primes & Spends on newly acquired accounts.
★ Role of a Corporate Card Service Manager (CCSM):
★ End to end Customer Relationship Management with the key contacts in the Corporate.
★ Manage and resolve all queries/ support requirements w.r.t. Statements, Payments, Reconciliations, Additional or Incremental cards, Cancellations, Limit Enhancements, etc
★ Enhance penetration through incremental cards opportunity and acquire complete T&E (Travel & Entertainment) Spends thru SDOL implementation (Smart Data On Line)*.
★ Identify X-sell opportunities for other Commercial Cards like Purchase & Dealer Cards*, etc.
★ Ensure timely renewals of Credit Limits, and increase in Utilised Exposure.

Requirements
★ Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
★ Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Corporate Sales.
★ At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
★ Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or equivalent.
