Should be capable of leading the team in carrying out the Proximate/ Ultimate analysis of all Fuels used in the boiler.
Conversant with ASTM standards relating to fuel testing. Preparation of management reports and provide plant operator with detailed analysis of fuel and water systems.
Statutory compliance for environmental norms,
Knowledge of environmental norms pertaining to coastal thermal power plants.
Knowledge of Safety practices, safety tagging system, first aid and fire fighting systems
Handling water chemistry of a Thermal power plant.
Must be IT savvy (Knowledge of SAP is Preferable)
Ensure Water chemistry for smooth operations of Thermal Power Plant
Should be able to handle/monitor operational activities pertaining to Raw water,DM water, Cooling water, Effluent water, Boiler Water treatment in thermal power plant,
Operations, trouble shooting and performance evaluation of desalination plant.
Ensure Steam Parameters and chemical conditioning of Boilers preferred
Responsible to handle independently all analytical work & calibration of Lab instrument
Responsible to operate On-line analyzers
Responsible for pollution control equipments & norms, Responsible on Oil Analysis.
