Years of Experience: 0-1 yrs for Polytechnic diploma, 2 years Experience for ITI in Telecom networking and broad band connection
Educational Qualification: ITI / DIP - Electronics & Communications, CCNA certified preferred
Job Profile:
Prime responsibility is to Understand and Resolve Customer Complaints.
Fault rectification at MDF / Pillar / Sub pillar and DP.
FTR needs to be maintained for Geography allocated.
Carrying out preventive maintenance of Network elements and rehabilitation of the same
Active Interdepartment coordination with NOC,ISP, OSP,Switch, Teams to
Reduction of repeat complaints and carrying out root cause analysis.
To ensure KPI parameters GFR, SLA, Repeat at defined level.
