Client Interview in this weekend at Bangalore & Chennai

Weekly taken the load details of all UPS, Raw power and updated to Facility Engineer

All day to day activities like healthiness of UPS, AHU, Chiller, breaker, Generator, Transformer, Fire system.

Handling the operation and maintenance of 10kva to 160 kva of Emerson and Eaton UPS 30nos.

Operation and maintenance of chiller up to 432TR, FCU, Split, Duct able AC, VFD, Air handling units & Precession AC.

Operation & maintenance of DG set 1500kva to 2000kva with AMF panel, all electrical panels like, 11KV HT/LT panels, transformers, circuit breakers & switch gears (ACB, VCB MCCB).

Handling operation and maintenance and trouble shooting of safety fire fittings system, power distributions, motors, pumps, motor starters, Elevators, Sprinkler and hydrant pumps.

Handling Operation & maintenance of up to 80 nos Projectors and AV Systems.

Should have min 4 years experience in Facility Management

Age : 24-35

Should be I.T.I / Diploma Holder

English Speaking Must

Gulf Experience would be an added advantage
