Campaign Manager is the custodian of all Marketing Campaigns (Usage enhancement, Retention, etc) whose role is to ensure prioritization and execution of profitable and revenue leading campaigns
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic : Needs to Value add to the product teams on what type of campaigns to be executed depending on the objective and target segment
Campaign Management ownership :
o Creation of the campaign calendar along with the BDM and the product teams
o Timely execution of the campaigns across identified touch points
Responsible for Improving campaign effectiveness by executing campaigns using the most effective channel and right communication strategy
o Focus on revenue contribution along with conversions.
o To add value to the process by feeding the campaign learnings back in the system and adopt and deploy better practices in order to improve campaign effectiveness
Responsible for devising channel and communication strategy while communicating to the customer
Operational : Clear understanding of the revenue streams and U & R priorities
o Strong Analytical and communication skills
o Strong knowledge of systems
o Effective in liasioning with other functions and vendors
Responsible for Managing the customer experience by managing the contact engagement rules and building synergy across all platforms for product delivery
o Responsible for Tracking, Reporting and publishing of the campaign performance ; Add value and course correction ensuring prioritization of identified campaigns
Comfortable with use of Technology as it entails use of the campaign management tools, various models and interaction with IT interface
Should have revenue generation and customer experience management as a Key KRA along with increase in conversions.
