Manager QC, 10 - 20 years exp, Bhuj

1.Responsible for overall functioning of the Quality Control Department.

2. Implementation and usage of Quality Control procedures, Specifications for input materials, intermediates and finished products and test methods.


3. Formal investigation of out-of-specification laboratory results and documentation of such investigation, including action taken.


4. Review and updating of specifications, test methods and Standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and Company standards.


5. Stability studies on formulations and quality review of the Companys range of products manufactured at the unit.


6. Maintenance and regular calibration of all instruments of the Quality Control laboratories.


7. Investigation of product complaints and reporting of results of such investigations.
