I. Summary: Country Head will be responsible for developing Global accounts and general Market Strategies and also negotiate key account criteria and KPI's, presents these at global business reviews where applicable. Develops marketing and business plans and supports BU in strategy plan development.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Own the P&L and cash flow for Country specific locations.
Set strategic goals/revenue targets for Country Specific locations.
Responsible for end to end execution and achievement of goals/targets.
Build & manage all internal teams and partnerships in the region and coordinate with admin, finance, legal and marketing as needed.
Work in conjunction with Product team to identify new initiatives/requirements in the market from conceptualization to deployment.
Build the brand in the market by focusing on necessary PR, marketing and conference activities in respective locations.
Maps out local competition and shapes up product strategy & differentiation.
Must have adequate experience of handling multiple large value Overhead Transmission line projects, with proven skills on Project Mgmt.
Must Have Sound Exposure of overseas commercial Issues, project cost estimation, resource Mgmt.
Must have sound Experience of overseas commercial Issues, project cost estimation, and sound technical knowledge.
III. Competencies:
Strong Communication.
Delegation
Has 18+ years of experience with a strong exposure to TL industry
Has a background in a technology and preferably has a degree
Has managed P&L and cash flow
Has managed cross functional teams, preferably spread across cities
Has formulated 6-12 month strategy/goals and driven them end to end
Is very proactive and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership
Understands online advertising. Contacts in ad agencies/online advertising clients a plus Sound understanding of Contact Mgt will do.
IV. Education
BE Civil / Electricals/ Mechanical from reputed Engineering college
MBA ( Optional)
V. Experience
18-30 Years with a minimum of 3 Years of leadership role in an organization of repute.
VI. Computer Skills.
Proficient is MS office Applications, Excel, Power point Presentation and SAP
