Recording feedback and contact details of each enquiry.
Giving feedback about the enquiries to the Centre Manager.
Making the enquiry & admission related daily reports and updating the ERP.
Telephonic follow ups to the walk-ins after the counseling session.
Taking & recording references from the enquiries for increasing walk-ins.
Ensuring the admission, course fee is deposited on time with accounts.
Mining old enquiries for references.
Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of business, enquiries, and admissions.
Submit daily, weekly & monthly report on counseling related activities.
