Brand Officer, 2 - 5 years exp, Mumbai

1)Data management, analysis and reporting of spend details on a monthly basis.

2)Competition tracking and analysis.

3)Follow up with creative, media, website and social media agencies.

4)Maintain a proper system for prioritization of jobs by maintaining a weekly job status.

5)Vendor management in terms of co-ordination of creatives and timely dispatch of materials to destined location.

6)RO making, maintaining and safeguard: R.O.s (liaisoning with accounts department for all R.O. related requirements).

7)Co-ordination with sales team for ensuring timely execution of their requirements.

8)Responsible for coordination relating to exhibitions, events and displays.

9)Monitoring of websites/social media pages in sync with the current brand campaigns.

1)Ability to take on multi-task work independently.

2)Excellent writing and communication skills.

3)Preparing drafts for press releases, presentations, brochures, product literature, e-mailer, news releases.

4)Basic knowledge of photoshop, coral draw and MS office.
