Job Description-
Provide customer support / query handling services to the clients by taking the calls in Chinese-Mandarin Language.
* Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
* Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
* Ensure optimum level of Quality over the calls.
Desired Profile-
Should be open for early morning shifts.
*Must possess Diploma / Degree in Chinese(Mandarin) Language.
*Minimum 1year + experience in Chinese- Mandarin Language Support.
* Should possess good English language skills.
* Prior experience in BPO preferred.
*Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Must possess excellent listening skills & should have an inclination towards resolving the customer problems.
