Respond to requests or complaints for any kind assistance via phone or mail to the customer.

Handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, product samples, order referrals, demos, etc.

Required to coordinate with other teams, departments to resolve customers complaints and defectives in timely manner and stipulated time.

Responsible for assuring customers are provided efficient and timely respond to their complaints.

Providing outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.

Escalating Customer Issues to Technical Team / CSD Head.

Branch Data Collection & Coordination.

Customer Complaint Log Register Maintenance.
