Job DescriptionPrime Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a high level of guest service and handle guest complaints professionally,

  2. Ensure that pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied.

  3. Train and develop Front Office employees,

  4. Provide support to the Sales team to enhance room occupancies.

  5. Provide support to reservations team

  6. Pro-actively manage crisis situations.



Desired ProfilePre-requisites :

Mandatory



  1. Fluent in written and spoken English

  2. Prior relevant experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in a similar responsibility

  3. Outstanding personality and unmatched levels of energy, enthusiasm and commitment

  4. Excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, service orientation and interpersonal team skills

  5. Displays high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity and team work

  6. Knows and is able to use MS Office Suite

  1. Graduate in Hotel management
