Department the intern will be working Primary Research
Job Description1 90% of total work will be deployed as Conducting telephonic / web based interviews in their respective languages- Primary task.
Job Description2 Conducting Back Checks: Call back the respondent and confirm if he has participated in the survey
Job Description3 Conducting Training Sessions
Job Description4 Maintaining MIS of calls audited and feedbacks provided
Job Description5 Auditing Interview Calls for Research Associates and providing the feedback accordingly
Job Description6 Interviewing the candidates for hiring as Full Time Employees. Translations/Transcripts
Measurable results expected from the intern Conducting the required percentage of Quality Checks in specified time period, a day / week / month.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival Should have command over the native language excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and have analytical and reasoning ability.
