1. B.Tech/B.E./M Sc with excellent academic background and preferably from an A+ institute such as IITs/NITs/BITS etc. Further should posses high degree of subject knowledge and skills for teaching Physics for IIT JEE aspirants.
2. 5+ years of experience in classroom teaching (chemistry) towards IIT JEE and other national level competitive exams. Should also be experienced in mentoring and motivating students towards success at IIT JEE level.
3. Experience with an organization of reputation in the field is preferred.
4. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team in content development supporting classroom programs towards such examinations.
5. Candidate should posses experience requisite towards taking both responsibility and initiative towards content development
