Involves Data Analysis & careful scrutinizing of the details provided by the clients. Analyzing matrimonial profiles based on different Indian marriage matchmaking norms (Gender, Religion/Caste, Mother Tongue, Occupation, Education Levels, Income, Groups, Marital status etc.) and systems. Meeting the Quality Standards and norms and recommend ways to improve the process based on the study conducted. Achieve process SLAs and MIS Report generation. Ensure team's adherence to the defined process and accuracy levels on transactions. The Candidate will also be responsible for providing feedback / coaching to the team members for performance improvement and for continuous process improvement.

Candidates with an understanding of the diverse communities in India with strong knowledge of local rituals and society values will include good knowledge of religion/caste systems, geography, and knowledge of hard/soft criteria in deciding a match will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must

1) Excellent oral and written communication skills.

2) Experience on Quality Analysis tools like, Pareto Diagrams, Cause & Effect Analysis etc will be an added advantage.

3) Understanding of Process Maps and Work Flow (Desirable)

4) Knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)

5) Good knowledge of the web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines)

6) Educational Qualifications: Graduate

7) Work Experience: (1-3 year) with at least (6 months) as a Quality Analyst in a BPO or a Back-office division
