Additional role related responsibilities include:

Helping to support standard methodologies aligned with our service design strategy
Ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-8 years programming experience on the below technologies and tools.

Technology /Module Related skills:
J-Rules- IBM Websphere ILOG JRules
Experience with at least 3 Business Rules application implementations
High aptitude and interest in working with the business users to analyze processes and derive business requirements. Able to grasp business concepts easily and communicate with the business using their language.
Performs Business Rule authoring lifecycle functions including harvesting and discovery, translation and analysis, design to actual composition, execution and testing of the rules.
Ability to perform both functional and technical roles on Business Rules projects.
Experience using ILOG Rule Execution Server, Rule Team Server and Decision Validation Services.
Strong skills in Websphere ILOG JRules Business Rule Engine and developing business rules using Action Rules, Decision Tables, Decision Trees and Rule Flows
