Key Accountabilities:
Training of the staff
Plan and carry out Local sales marketing
To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals & ensure motivation of the team
Responsible for maintaining the various MIS reports
Responsible for making & implementing promotional strategies to increase sales volume & achieve maximum guest satisfaction
Quality Compliance
Developing and implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of product management, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards.
Co-ordinate with operating staff for upkeep of Store equipment in perfect working order
Client Servicing
Ensuring high quality services, resulting in guest delight and optimum resource utilization.
Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.
Delivering high-value store services to upscale clients for exalting their satisfaction levels.
People Management/Training.
Guiding mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in operations & meeting of individual & group targets.
Imparting appropriate training on Food preparation, Service Excellence to store and support service staff.
