The candidates should be able to carry out the following HVAC Tendering
Assignments.
* Conduct initial project Survey.
* Study in detail all designs and drawings.
* Preparation of Tenders based on Tender document, drawings & specifications.
* Preparation of details in response to client queries.
* Attending Pre & Post bid meetings with clients & consultants.
* Plan Projects from conceptual design to completion stage.
* Preparation of specifications and BOQ.
* Receive, analyze and evaluate quotations suiting requirements.
* Work out competitive offers.
* Suggest cost effective measures for reducing project cost.
* Maintenance of Tendering documents for future reference.
* Discussion with project co-ordinators on order finalization.
* Handing over the details pf Tenders for execution purposes.
The Candidate should be result oriented and should have the ability to lead, Manage and influence consultants, architects & clients in getting the HVAC orders for the company.
