Guest Relation Eecutive - Welcomdiva, 0 - 5 years exp, Agra, Agra


As a Guest Relation Executive - SPA, you are responsible to provide efficient, personalized and courteous service to the guests in SPA in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. You will carry the image of ITC Brand. You will be responsible to meet guest & make them comfortable


Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks or duties to highest standards:-


Explaining SPA treatment & beauty treatments to Guests.


Taking & recording the SPA bookings.


Attend briefing,


Taking feedbacks from Guests.


Attend to all telephone calls,


Receive all the guests and lead them to their therapy room/ treatment room addressing them preferably by name,


Assist guests in case of telephone calls or in giving required hotel information,


Go to guests and enquire whether the treatment is to their satisfaction,


Wish every guest leaving the SPA and invite them to come again,


Maintain guest history sheets,


Coordinate Therapists & beauticians for operational efficiency,


Should ensure Superior Guests Experience,


Should engage, facilitate, ascertain & anticipate latent needs of the Guests, etc.
