Proper handling of check in & check out. Handling Duty Manager Shift in absence of duty manager. Responsible for proper key control and other security measures. Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages. Checks out guests and inquires about their stay. Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores. Actively builds awareness of the Brand to guests.
