Technical Skills

The HoD should have experience in :

• In depth knowledge of understanding of the analysis and design principles related to buildings structures Structural engineering.


• Have hands on experience in using one or more of the design softwares - Etabs,Staad, Safe etc.


• Should have knowledge of tools like AutoCAD/Micro station/Revit and preparing drawings in accordance with internationally recognized standard formats


• Should have experience in major Hi-Rise Residential/ Hotels/ Retails/ Industrial and Commercial projects


• Should be familiar with structural costing of major projects (around 1,00,000 sq m and above).


• Drive forward state-of-the-art technical development, including adoption of new technology and providing training to the staff.

Qualifications

• BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute. ME/M. Tech in Structures Engineering would be desirable.


• Should have more than 12-15 years of experience in the technical management of design and in the management of teams
