General Description of the Job
Customer Service Motor claims The job involves handling accidental damage claims (overseas), assigning surveyor, and reviewing survey assessment of motor claims files, reviewing the work estimate from workshops & approving the settlement liability. Is expected to arrest fraudulent claims, control cost, intelligence to derive new areas of improvement in the existing process.
Role & Responsibilities
Motor Claims assessment of work estimate and invoices.
Monitor any malpractices in the estimate and arrest the same, cost control, maintain hygiene in file process and TAT.
Negotiate/Communicate with customers & TP.
Managing a support team of 2 to 3 people.
The candidate should have technical knowledge on motor claims and process.
Education Requirements
Full Time Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or Diploma.
