Position: MEP Manager / MEP Design Manager

Job Location: Chennai

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)

Experience Required: Minimum - 15 Years

Job Description:-

To lead the department / team with hands-on experience in detailed design of Electrical / Mechanical systems pertaining to buildings, hospitals, commercial buildings, IT parks, hotels and airports and residential.

Should have solid exposure to Electrical Design in Buildings sector. Experience in planning, design, detailing and qualification of internal plumbing and sanitary system for buildings, external water supply distribution system, sewage disposal system, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, storm water disposal system, rainwater harvesting, effluent treatment plant for industries and solid waste management for various types of buildings. Experience in design and detailed engineering of different types of latest Fire protection systems, Fire engineering solutions and life safety system. Knowledge of local codes like NBC, BS& NFPA is a Must. Exposure to software likes HASS, Pipenet and Sprinkcalc, is an added advantage. Experience in smoke modelling and CFD software preferred, Should be familiar with Indian / International Standards / codes and statutory requirements for these buildings. Experience in HVAC industry with intensive experience in design and detailed engineering of air-conditioning, ventilation & refrigeration systems and thorough knowledge of heat load calculations, ducting & piping design, HVAC systems and applications for projects like high rise buildings, offices, commercial, malls, hospitals and hotels and residential.

Important Note:

Ideal Candidate Should have scored 60% and above throughout the academics & worked in single company minimum of 3 Years are Mandatory.
