Barbara Hunz Personalmanagement GmbH is a Personnel Management Company based in Cologne, Germany with subsidiaries in France. We at Barbara Hunz have been successfully partnering with corporates in Germany and France to meet their needs of Temporary Personnel across industry sectors in this challenging economic environment. As part of her Corporate Social Responsibility Mrs. Hunz has started her own foundation called TESI Foundation. The focus of TESI is implementing Vocational Education in India and thereby helping young adults to find a job after their studies. Right now the programme which is certified by the German Chamber of Commerce is running near Hyderabad in Andhra Pradresh in cooperation with local Highschools. A second Vocational Training Center is now to be set up in the city of Pune, Maharashtra. In order to ensure a self-sustained concept there will be a Human Resource Business in form of a Private Limited in the future. Profits generated by this company will flow back into our educational programmes for underprivileged children. This affiliated company will also take care of placements for our graduates as well as internships and company visit for TESI students
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Phase I
_ Representation of our non-profit venture (Vocational Training and placements) in Pune
_ All-rounder for:
1. Cooperation with local NGO partners
2. Acquisition of companies for on-the-job trainings and industrial visits for our students
3. Lobby work for the German concept of Vocational Training in India
4. Help raising interest in our TESI students
5. CSR management and fundraising
6. Networking with decision makers in the educational and HR sector
7. Setting up a charitable HR business, once the basic NGO / Vocational Training infrastructure is set up
_ Close cooperation with the German office and regular reporting
_ Talent Scouting
Phase II (additional responsibilities after Phase I)
_ Setting up non-profit business infrastructure
_ Client acquisition
_ CV database
_ Applicant screening
_ Placements (TESI graduates and other skilled talents)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
_ Experience in the non-profit / NGO sector as well as in private sector (best HR)
_ Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR or any other relevant subject
_ Cross-cultural competence
_ Good network in Pune-Mumbai area
_ Phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, people skills, support of diversity, employment law, result driven, professionalism, organization, project management, strong judgment and ethics
BASIC CONDITIONS
_ Salary according to local NGO standards (bonus for business activities negotiable)
_ Earliest hiring date: 15th of May 2014
_ Starting off at home-office or workstation
_ Travelling around Pune necessary (own two-wheeler or car required)
_ Interview process: 1. Skyping / 2.Personal interview with CEO in Pune (April, May)
Language Skills: Hindi and English fluency is a must, Marathi would be advantageous and proficiency in German is a desired bonus.
